  3. Welcome to the AGA software compilation Disk Three.

  7. All programs will work on AGA/KS3.0 equiped Amigas, some will work with
  8. ECS/KS3.0, ECS/KS2.04 or (even!) OCS/KS1.3 Amigas.
  9.  
  10. All doc files have icons but not all programs were supplied with icons
  11. so I did not add any.  More (the standard text reader) must be in
  12. the WorkBench Path to view the docs (ie if you are reading this then
  13. it probably is!).  More is found in the SYS:Utilities drawer.

  15. Also, this disk is formatted with the FastFileSystem.  Only KS2.04 or
  16. greater supports FFS on floppys, so don't wonder why the disk is
  17. unreadable on a KS1.3 or less system!

  27. A4091_PATCH:  (v.39.2)
  28.         Speeds up transfers to non 24-bit DMA'able Zorro III RAM with the 
  29.         A2091 SCSI controller on an A4000.
  30.           *** Requires: KS3.0, A4000 or A3000.
  31.  
  32. ALERTTIMER:  (v39.1)
  33.         Allows the user to modify and determine the time for which the
  34.         Software Error and similar exec Alerts are displayed.
  35.           *** Requires: KS3.0.

  37. BESTID:
  38.         Program to let you play with the V39 BestModeID() function.

  41. CLOUDS:  (v2.0)
  42.         Creates random clouds which you might use in your paint program,
  43.         as a texture in a ray tracing program or as a background in
  44.         your workbench.
  45.           *** Requires: KS1.3 or greater.  With AGA support.

  47. HAM8-JPEG:  (v1.1)
  48.         Two JPEG viewers.  With source code.
  49.           *** Requires: AGA.
  50.  
  51. NEWPOP4.0:  (v4.0)
  52.         Provides a way of starting another CLI at any time, and has a
  53.         built in screen saver mode.  With AGA 24-bit palette support.
  54.           *** Requires: AGA.
  55.  
  56. NTSC4NTSC:  (v2.2)
  57.         A patch to force NTSC-screens to use 60Hz even on PAL-Amigas.
  58.         Also supports AGA Screenmode Promotion and 2.0 Newlook patching.
  59.           *** Requires: KS2.04.

  61. PATCHPOINTER:  (v1.02)
  62.         Converts ugly lo-res pointers into nice clean hi-res pointers on
  63.         AGA equipped machines.  Bugs: Can cause some software to fail.

  66. PLASMA:  (v0.0?)
  67.         Plasma Cloud Generator (a type of fractal image)
  68.           *** Requires: AGA Chip Set, MC68020 or better.

  70. PCX_DATATYPE:  (v39.2)
  71.         A WB3.0 DataType for PCX files.
  72.           *** Requires: KS3.0.

  74. SCREENMODECHANGER:
  75.         A small tool to patch the Openscreen functions of OS2.04+ to
  76.         force other programs to open their screens in the SMC selected
  77.         screenmode.  Minor bug: doesn't recognise full 24 bit palette.
